Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the continental United States. Every piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely, and tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
What kind of wood do you use?
We choose materials based on the product's purpose. Many of our outdoor products are built from cedar for its natural durability and beauty, while other pieces may use hardwoods or other carefully selected lumber.
Are your products handmade?
Every Sawdust Syndicate piece is designed, built, sanded, finished, and inspected by hand in our Virginia Beach workshop. We don't mass produce or import finished products.
Why are your prices higher than the big box stores?
We don't compete with mass produced imports. Every product is handcrafted using quality materials, thoughtful construction, and attention to detail. We build pieces intended to last for years not just a season.

How long will my order take?
We don't pull products off warehouse shelves. Every Sawdust Syndicate piece is built to order in our Virginia Beach workshop. That means your order enters our production queue, is handcrafted, inspected, and finished before it ships. We'll give you an estimated completion date up front and keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you planters have drainage?
Yes. Every planter is engineered with drainage appropriate for its design. Open-bottom planters allow direct drainage into the ground, while enclosed-bottom models incorporate built-in drainage features to help protect plant health. Individual product pages provide details for each series.
