The Empire Series is where craftsmanship meets design. Built from premium cedar, finished with refined trim and routing details, sealed for durability, and elevated on handcrafted wood legs, these planters are designed to look as good on your patio or deck as they do in your garden.

Every Empire planter features a closed bottom, integrated drainage system, and sealed interior making them ideal for patios, balconies, decks, and hardscapes where direct ground planting isn’t an option.

Interior surfaces are sealed using a wood treatment safe for flowers, herbs, and vegetables providing long term moisture protection without trapping water.

  Designed to Plant Directly
  Our planters are designed with integrated drainage and airflow and do not require an interior liner. For best performance and longevity, we recommend planting directly in the planter rather than using plastic liners or landscape fabric, which can trap moisture and restrict airflow.

Both Empire Petite and Empire Accent provide 14" of planting depth, offering 2" of additional root space compared with many conventional 12"-deep planters.

Empire Petite — Compact Cedar Planter

Designed for spaces where a smaller footprint makes the difference, the Empire Petite brings the full craftsmanship and character of the Empire Series to entryways, balconies, smaller patios, and paired arrangements.

Its compact proportions make it especially well suited for flanking doorways, lining steps, or adding greenery where a larger planter would overwhelm the space.
